Knowledge alone is not enough

Just as consciously as we cultivate a healthy diet when we decide to go on a fitness plan, it's equally as important that we consciously cultivate a healthy mental diet. Watch this video to find out how you can do that.
“We live in a world that constantly reminds us to stay physically fit by being conscious of what we eat, this same principle should be applied to what we consume mentally”
We are constantly bombarded with external images, ideas, cultures, belief systems that conditions how we think, what we believe and how we act, among other things.Perhaps you've heard of "Media Effect" , it is a theory that reflects how stories published in the media influences or amplifies current trends in a society. Considering that we are now living in a time when there are so many forms of media, we can see how different forms of media significantly impacted politics, society, youth, body image, public opinions, eating disorders , the list goes on.
It only makes sense to carefully guard our minds and become more conscious of what ideas and influences we are allowing into our mental vault.
